Walmart exposed AGAIN for shorting their product weights, this time with their Great Value bacon

If you take unopened packages of their bacon and place them directly on the scale, all 3 are short but it doesn’t stop there

If you cut open the packages and weigh each one of them on the scale, they are all short about 2-3 strips of bacon in weight

“So we're talking about 3 strips of bacon, which means every seven to eight packages short equals a free 100% profit package”

You can do the math and tell that at scale this ends up being a massive profit for Walmart

Walmart sells about 8–12 million packs of bacon per month. If they short about 3 pieces per pack, or about 2.5 ounces

This means Walmart makes an extra estimated $8 million per month

La situación generó alarma entre clientes y usuarios que analizaron el video, muchos de los cuales aseguran que se puede observar al individuo sacar una pieza de su ropa, colocarla sobre el área del lector y manipular posteriormente la parte superior del ATM. Este tipo de dispositivos es utilizado por delincuentes para copiar información de tarjetas bancarias y, dependiendo del mecanismo empleado, obtener también el PIN de las víctimas.

El caso ha generado además fuertes críticas por la manera en que reaccionaron quienes aparentemente presenciaron la situación. Numerosos comentarios cuestionan por qué no se alertó inmediatamente a la Policía o se impidió que otros clientes utilizaran el cajero ante la sospecha de que había sido manipulado. Otros reclaman que el responsable sea identificado y detenido, advirtiendo del daño económico que este tipo de fraude puede causar a trabajadores que dependen de cada cheque para cubrir sus gastos. Hasta el momento, la información disponible en el video y los comentarios permite hablar de una presunta instalación de un dispositivo para fraude bancario, pero no confirma por sí sola la identidad del hombre, si el aparato era efectivamente un skimmer o si las autoridades han iniciado una investigación.

State trooper spits in the face of a journalist that is asking him questions on his 75k in overtime pay for a desk job.

​Connecticut State Police Sergeant Bryan Fahey—a trooper reassigned to a 9-to-5 desk job over anger issues—made over $212,000 in a single year, with more than $75,000 coming from overtime pay.

​When independent journalist went to Fahey’s residence to ask about these taxpayer-funded overtime claims as one wonders how you accumulate 75k in OT working a desk job.

Fahey immediately told the journalist to leave his property and as they were in the process of leaving, Fahey came out of his door and confronted the journalist with an unholstered firearm.

The camera man's video shows an aggressive Fahey following the journalists down the road to the street with his firearm in hand while body checking the journalist, and spitting directly in the journalist's face.

​Instead of holding the trooper accountable, responding Groton Police Department officers claimed spitting on a civilian wasn't a crime and arrested Reyes for "voyeurism" and "trespassing" even though no signs were on the property stating no trespassing and the journalist was leaving immediately upon when asked to do so.

Following the arrest and the footage going public, Fahey has resigned from the department. Also, Fahey had to turn himself in on criminal charges.

The journalist has federal Section 1983 civil rights lawsuits are underway against Fahey, the Connecticut State Police, and the Groton Police Department for First Amendment retaliation and malicious prosecution.
