PROGRESS UPDATE: 2800 Broad St Mixed-Use Development

A 29,000 sq ft, 3-story building featuring 8,800 sq ft of shell space and 20,200 sq ft of residential space with 20 dwelling units. This project includes mechanical and plumbing design, as well as Title 24 energy solutions.
