@moonchild23580 For the most part I retreat and try to just deal with it. If it really bothers me, I might reach out to a special circle of friends I go to for advice. But by then they have usually reached out to me

@moonchild23580 I don’t break down every night. I have to be worn down before I can allow myself to break. Then it is only while I am alone. I can’t even let go if like a pet is around. Part of how I was raised I guess, can’t show that weakness.
