@MarcL_@PI_PLMx We are trying make make it easier by adding STEP AP242 as a native 3D stream in #PDF. You will be able to view, measure, markup, manufacture and archive directly from a STEP/PDF file. It could be the solution to open interoperability for #PLM. Thanks @aras_plm for your support!
@PDF3D The 3D PDF Consortium is proposing to add STEP as a 3D stream in PDF (like PRC or U3D). This would mean you could create a #3DPDF file from a STEP file without converting it. Could be a game changer for manufacturing supply chain.
