Copywriter and massage therapist. I like knitting, dancing, music, films, running, nature, drawing, festivals, my bike. OU graduate. #NewThingEveryDayInMay
31 May: I stewarded at an LGBTQIA+ event called Mighty Hoopla, on the accessible viewing platform. Here's a nice moment of two people dancing on the platform (a wheelchair user and her companion). #NewThingEveryDayInMay
29 May: @themightyboo2 's birthday! We did a @intheHiddenCity mystery game round London called 007: in the Shadow of Spectre. We saved James Bond and defeated Spectre!
Then had a spy themed afternoon tea at Raffles on Whitehall! #NewThingEveryDayInMay
28 May: I drew a mythical beast composed of three existing creatures suggested by my mum, Isy Mead and @themightyboo2: giraffe, quokka and echidna.

27 May: I played a new game with @themightyboo2 called Funky Fungi. It was a bit confusing (you have to forage cards and create 'clusters') so we'll give it another go at some point! #NewThingEveryDayInMay
23 May: I worked from a swanky co-working space with FREE fruit and biscuits and fine views.
I also went to the David Parr House. David worked for the Arts and Crafts company FR Leach, painting places such as the ceiling at Queens' College - and his home. #NewThingEveryDayInMay
22 May: I read The Feather Thief. A brilliant read! It's about a music student who steals rare bird specimens from the Natural History Museum in Tring as he's obsessed with the weird art of salmon fly tying, where using rare feathers is prized.

19 May: I started watching an Apple TV series called Murderbot. It's about a security android that gains free will but actually just wants to watch soap operas. #NewThingEveryDayInMay
18 May: I did the Cogwheel Cambridge Stride with @mariawylie. It's a charity walk with a choice of 6, 13 or 27 miles. We did the 13, from Histon to Shelford via Eddington, Coton and Grantchester. We used the MapRun app to find the way! #NewThingEveryDayInMay
17 May: I went to see Hannah From Kickboxing's art at the Botanical Hues exhibition at the Polar Museum. It's lichen under a microscope using dyes made from lichen to create pigment. Thus rubbish photo doesn't do it justice, it's beautiful ❤️ #NewThingEveryDayInMay
16 May: double new things day! Played a game of shuffleboard and then went to see MC Hammersmith (the MC stands for 'Middle Class'). #NewThingEveryDayInMay
15 May: I listened to an episode of the Sporting Witness podcast. This was about Rosie Ruiz, declared winner of the 1980 Boston Marathon but then stripped of her medal eight days later when it was discovered had only run the final mile or so.

14 May: I started reading a book about the folklore of poisonous plants. Apparently, in the 19th Century, arsenic was known as 'inheritance powder' #NewThingEveryDayInMay
