I will probably just close my @Etsy store as they have not gotten back to me after a month on my service ticket request.

I’ve had several lost potential sales from messages from customers inquiring about my products. Since I am still blocked from replying to them. @etsystatus

My DM capabilities got blocked because one customer just didn’t stop sending me questions.

Its been almost a month and I still can’t send messages to customer inquiries as my messaging function is still blocked. How long does issues like this get resolved? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Or should I write to Etsy’s home office to get my request looked at?
