We called on the U.S. Department of Justice to hand over the full Epstein files to the UN Special Rapporteurs and UN independent committees for investigations, as this is an international case of crimes against humanity. But the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UN's top human rights official didn't even care to open an investigation or listen to our call for the DoJ, nor utter a single word regarding the largest human trafficking network in modern history.

Epstein pedophiles are investigating Epstein files. We wonder why nobody arrested. Jeffery Epstein has every major politicians and billionaires on video doing something terrible to a child or to multiple people.

Everyone is arguing about whether Flock cameras “solve crime.” Almost no one is mapping the full architecture of money, power, technology, and incentives that built the system now scanning tens of millions of American vehicles every day.

Let’s do that.

Flock Safety is an Atlanta based company whose core product is automated license plate readers (ALPRs) mounted on poles, at intersections, in neighborhoods, parking lots, and private properties.

The cameras capture plate, make, model, color, and time stamped location data and feed it into a cloud database that participating agencies can search.

The company has raised roughly $950 million to $1 billion-plus across multiple rounds.

In March 2025 it closed a $275 million Series F led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) at a $7.5 billion valuation.

Participants included Greenoaks Capital, Bedrock Capital, Meritech Capital, Matrix Partners, Sands Capital, Founders Fund, Kleiner Perkins, Tiger Global, and Y Combinator.

By April 2026 public reporting pointed to an approximately $8.4 billion valuation signal.

Annual recurring revenue had already surpassed $300 million with strong year over year growth.

The hardware is often provided at little or no upfront cost to agencies; the real revenue model is subscription access to the network and the data it generates.

That is the surface. Now the deeper map.

The same broader “public safety technology” ecosystem includes Axon Enterprise... the company best known for Tasers, body worn cameras, and evidence management software.

In February 2026 an account in President Donald Trump’s name purchased between $1 million and $5 million of Axon stock.

Roughly two weeks later, ICE moved to solicit a multi-year contract valued at approximately $220 million for Tasers and related equipment whose specifications aligned closely with Axon’s offerings.

Institutional ownership of Axon is dominated by the usual giants: BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street sit among the largest holders.

Layer on the documented history
of another police technology company.

In 2015 Jeffrey Epstein, through entities connected to former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, invested approximately $1 million in the Israeli startup then called Reporty (later Carbyne).

Barak was an early investor and board chairman.

The company developed emergency response and communications technology used by law enforcement agencies.

Axon later agreed
to acquire Carbyne
for $625 million.

The founder has stated the company was not aware of Epstein’s involvement at the time.

The connection is real, public, and now part of the historical record of how capital and relationships flowed into the modern police tech stack.

Flock itself is not Carbyne and is not Axon.

It is a separate company with its own investor list heavy on Silicon Valley growth capital.

Yet the capital sources, the technological goals (persistent location and identity data on vehicles and, increasingly, other sensors), the customer base (thousands of law enforcement and private customers), and the policy environment overlap.

Founders Fund (Peter Thiel) appears on Flock’s cap table. a16z has been a repeated backer.

The same large asset managers that dominate Axon also dominate much of the public equity markets that will eventually absorb or compete with these private surveillance platforms.

Privacy and civil liberties organizations have documented the expansion.

The ACLU and EFF have published detailed investigations showing how ALPR networks create searchable historical location data on ordinary people, how data can be queried across jurisdictions, how retention and access policies vary, and how the systems have been used in ways that raise First and Fourth Amendment concerns... including tracking of protesters, sensitive medical travel, and immigration related enforcement.

Some cities have canceled or declined to renew Flock contracts and in certain cases migrated to alternative vendors, including Axon systems.

Other jurisdictions continue to expand deployments, citing crime clearance rates for vehicle related offenses, stolen cars, and Amber Alerts.

The business model is elegant and powerful: seed a dense sensor network with subsidized hardware, aggregate the data into a proprietary searchable layer, sell access, and raise successive rounds of capital at ever-higher valuations as the network effects compound.

Once the coverage density crosses a threshold, the marginal value of every additional camera rises for every existing customer.

That is classic platform economics applied to physical world movement data.

Now the questions
that the public record itself
forces into the open:

Who actually benefits most when every major corridor and neighborhood becomes continuously observed by private cameras whose data is searchable by thousands of agencies?

The crime victim whose case is solved faster, or the investors whose equity value scales with the total volume of tracked movements?

When a sitting president purchases millions of dollars of stock in a major police technology company weeks before a large federal procurement process that favors that company’s products, what standard of conflict of interest analysis should apply... and does the public currently have the transparency tools to evaluate it in real time?

How much of the “public safety” narrative is driven by measurable reductions in specific categories of crime, and how much is driven by the fundraising requirements of companies that need continuous growth narratives to justify multibillion dollar private valuations?

Why do the same handful of elite venture firms repeatedly back the companies building the densest civilian surveillance layers, and what does that concentration of ownership imply for future policy influence, data governance, and the political economy of safety technology?

If Epstein’s documented capital, routed through a former Israeli prime minister, entered an earlier generation of police communications technology that was later acquired by Axon, what does that tell us about the opacity of early stage funding in the security sector and about the lag between private capital flows and public accountability?

When cities cancel one vendor’s cameras only to adopt another vendor’s nearly identical capability, has the underlying surveillance architecture actually changed, or has the branding simply rotated?

Who decides the retention periods, the audit logs, the secondary uses, and the cross agency sharing rules for data that can reconstruct the daily movements of tens of millions of people who never consented to continuous tracking?

Is the current trajectory toward denser, AI enhanced, multi-sensor networks inevitable once the first dense ALPR grids are in place, or are there still viable policy off-ramps that preserve investigative utility without creating permanent, searchable location histories on the general population?

What happens to the political incentive structure when the same technology that helps solve a hit and run also becomes a tool that can be queried for immigration enforcement, protest monitoring, or any other priority of the administration then in power?

And the deepest structural question: once a private company owns the densest real time and historical map of vehicle movements across thousands of American communities, and once that company is backed by the most powerful pools of Silicon Valley and institutional capital, who ultimately holds the leverage... the elected officials who contract for the service, the voters who live under the cameras, or the balance sheets that require the network to keep expanding?

The cameras are real.
The funding rounds are public.
The stock purchases are disclosed.
The acquisitions are announced.
The privacy investigations are documented.

The crime solving claims
are measurable in some categories
and contested in others.

The overlapping investor networks
and technology stacks are observable.

None of this requires a secret cabal.

It only requires following the money, the contracts, the valuations, the acquisitions, and the policy outcomes that those incentives predictably produce.

The data is on the table.

The architecture is visible.

The only remaining question is whether the public will keep treating each new camera, each new funding round, and each new procurement as an isolated “public safety” story... or finally start reading the entire map.

What part of this architecture

And if the network effects continue compounding for another five years, what does the everyday freedom of movement in American cities look like then?

Map it.
Question every layer.
Demand the receipts.
