Some of the youngest farmers in NL! These Kindergartens have already harvested lettuce, snap peas and pole beans. They gave their kale harvest to @StMattsTigers @NLESDCA breakfast program for smoothies. Plant! Grow! Eat! Share! @LGTmaureen @AITCNL @NLFarms #CdnAgDay

Learning how to appreciate locally grown food is a school wide community supported effort by many @StMattsTigers @NLESDCA . We do this by growing our own food in our school garden and in our @GreenhousesSun greenhouse. Thank you! @AITCNL @LGTmaureen @NLFarms @LFM_Susan #canagday
