Will never order from @LGUS again. The customer service and communication are horrible. TV was supposed to be delivered 12/6, received no call or update and it didn’t show up. They said then it would come 12/12 today. Again no call no show. Now 12/15? Unacceptable!

@priceline of course, every time, we get the cheapest of the 3 hotel options. After fees it was almost the same cost booking thru the hotel but we could have actually adjusted our reservation thru them. anyone actually get a good deal doing the choice of 3? Won’t be using again.

@HomeDepot just bought $700 worth of tools, get them home just to find out they both have been replaced with someone else’s cheap, worn out crap. The store is refusing to exchange them, acting like I did it. This is ridiculous. Customer care told me to go back to the store. Help.

@AskPlayStation support says controller is under warranty. But, I really have to be without a controller for 4-6 weeks without being able to play a console that’s impossible to find? Controllers are sold out too. Y’all should be sending out replacements so we don’t have to wait.
