This Sunday, I’m launching a 'free ebook'.
My last book was 3 years ago. Since then, I’ve been contemplating. Observing. Quietly. Alone. We live in a world of constant stimulation. Endless scrolling. Noise. Anxiety.
This book is for anyone who craves depth over noise. 🌿
Things introverts hate:
- phone calls that could’ve been texts
- people who say “you’re too quiet”
- surprise doorbells
- small talk about the weather
- guests who won’t leave after 8:34 pm
- meetings with no purpose
- last minute change of plans
- open office spaces
- drama
Anxiety, overthinking, procrastination: these are simply signs. They signal a disconnect from your true life's path. The life force inside wants to express itself through you. But it can't until you reconnect with your true self.
Here's how to reconnect: https://t.co/dIILucLNjS
@karunpal We will process what you say but it may take up to 3-5 working days before it fully registers, we know already that most prioritise their own needs before anybody else’s. We’ll nod uh huh like we care but we’ve already predicted exactly what you’re gonna say before a word is said
You don’t need another life hack. What you need is time alone to figure yourself out. Learn who you are, your strengths, your gifts, and your talents. But also being honest with yourself becoming aware of your weaknesses which you can work on turning them into strengths, that’s what life is all about, developing your character.
Somedays you will get so much work done you wonder why you can’t be like that everyday, and other days you’ll feel like you’ve done little to nothing. But when you take a step back and zoom out, you’ll realise the insignificance of one day in the grand scheme of things, it’s a dot on the calendar. Start viewing things as a larger collective where everything evens itself out long-term. Your results in years, not days or months tell you everything you need to know.
You aren’t behind in life, you’re just distracted by the social media comparison game. Delete all of it. You aren’t missing out on anything. Your future self with thank you.
Don’t do it for anyone else. Do it for you. You have to be selfish for once in your life. Fill yourself up with all the love, praise, and kindness that you know you deserve. It’s only then will others treat you exactly the same. But who actually gives a shit what others do, this is your journey.
Introverts don't hate socializing, they just love being at home. Cozy & comfortable. No people. No drama. Just low-key chilling. Reading. Meditating. Listening 432 Hz music. Staring at walls. Thinking about life. All alone. For them, it's self-care. But you won't get it.
You are going to lose people as you continue along your growth journey, it’s not necessarily a bad thing, many people that you know will not like the fact that you are outgrowing them, they can sense it, comments will be made like “you’ve changed” or “you’re not the same person I once knew”. Blah, blah, blah. Ignore it. They’re just fearful because you’re projecting onto them their own lack of self-growth. It’ll hurt hearing it from the ones you care about, but it’s a very good indicator that you are rising, you are heading in the right direction. You just no longer connect with these people who are living at this level of consciousness. You have your purpose now, in order for you to nourish it best you can, you cannot have anyone who does not fully support you and whom genuinely wants to see you win. It’s okay, your tribe will come in good timing, continue to position yourself in the places you feel most like you. Environments which you thrive in best. The loving, supportive people you deserve are coming your way, continue doing the work, continue loving yourself more and more everyday & you’ll become a magnet to the ones who are truly meant to be in your life.
@karunpal Later down the line you will realise those bad things that happened to you were actually the greatest moments to ever happen to you. They force you to question everything, it was never your fault. You were just surrounded by sheep in wolves skin.
Introverts crave a private quiet life. No drama, no conflict, no stress. A simple, quiet life of meaning and purpose.
Here's how to live a life that vibes with your SOUL:

Introverts, let me tell you the truth, my friend, no one, I mean no one, is coming to save you. The only person who can change your life is you.
No one else knows exactly how you feel deep inside. No one else understands your pain. Your dreams. Your needs. Places you don't want to be in anymore. Only you can walk away from it. Only you can make that choice to leave.
Your happiness isn't in someone else's hands. Your freedom isn't waiting on another person's move. You're the only one who knows when enough is enough. You're the only one who can decide it's time for change. Just you.
