3TOP Aviation Services (3TOP) has announced the acquisition of two (2) Embraer E190-100 regional jet aircraft. The regional jets, bearing MSNs 19000470 and 19000479, were previously operated by Alitalia.
This transaction represents a strategic diversification of 3TOP’s portfolio, marking a focused expansion into high-demand regional jet platforms. The acquired assets will directly support the global aviation supply chain, addressing the sustained international demand for high-quality engine and airframe components.
“The Embraer E190 platform continues to demonstrate strong relevance across the regional aviation market, particularly as operators seek dependable support solutions amid ongoing supply chain constraints,” said Paul Dsilva, VP Operations & Technical at 3TOP. “These acquisitions align with our strategy of selectively deploying capital into assets with clear teardown value, strong component liquidity, and immediate aftermarket relevance. Expanding into the E-Jet platform further enhances our ability to support customers with responsive, high-demand inventory solutions across both engine and airframe material.”
With this acquisition, 3TOP continues to build momentum in asset diversification, offering customized inventory solutions to operators and maintenance organizations worldwide.
3TOP Aviation Services (3TOP), a leading global provider of aftermarket support and asset management, has announced the acquisition of three (3) ex-easyJet Airbus A319-100 aircraft, bearing MSNs 4425, 4427 and 4444, all powered by CFM56-5B5/3 engines with low cycle utilisation from shop performance restoration.
This transaction represents a further expansion of 3TOP’s narrowbody portfolio, with the assets acquired to directly support ongoing demand for high-quality engine and airframe material across the global aftermarket. The airframes are scheduled for teardown and inventory harvesting, while the associated engines will be integrated into 3TOP’s asset pool, providing immediate availability to support airline and MRO requirements worldwide.
“Executing a multi-aircraft transaction of this nature highlights 3TOP’s ability to deploy capital efficiently while maintaining a disciplined and selective investment approach,” said Chris Emechete, CEO at 3TOP. “With limited availability of quality feedstock, our focus remains on acquiring assets that offer clear demand visibility and strong liquidity. These ex-easyJet aircraft align well with that strategy and strengthens our ability to support customers globally.”
With this acquisition, 3TOP continues to reinforce its position as a trusted partner for both asset owners seeking efficient fleet transitions and operators requiring reliable, timely access to critical narrowbody components.
3TOP Aviation Services (3TOP), a premier aftermarket support company in the commercial aviation sector, has announced the acquisition of one 737-800 new generation aircraft. The ex-AnadoluJet aircraft serialised as MSN 33820 and its associated CFM56-7B engines with ESNs 893353 and 893354 will be added to 3TOP’s expanding inventory.
The aircraft enhances 3TOP’s growing range of narrowbody aircraft models, aligning with the company’s overall strategy to deliver comprehensive support for customers worldwide.
“We are delighted to secure such a prime asset and it’s a welcome addition to our narrowbody suite of aircraft. In recent years we have been selectively growing our inventory holding as we position to provide highly sought after quality feedstock to an increasingly starved aftermarket. We continue to maintain a disciplined approach to our acquisitions despite the various challenges from a very frothy and highly inflated market”, said Chris Emechete, Chief Executive Officer at 3TOP.
