On May 24 in Frankfurt,United staff delayed my pregnant wife for over an hour and accused us of lying about her due date because she “looked bigger than 36 weeks”despite ultrasound proof and us following United’s own 30–36 week pregnancy travel policy

@united had a worse trip of my life with united. My wife was 8 month pregnant and they treated her extremely bad even tho she was 32weeks pregnant and your policy says anything after 36 weeks requires doctor clearance so we didn’t need that with 32 weeks and they made a big deal
