@FABConnects It’s been 3 weeks of chasing and zero real help. I need this resolved urgently and would appreciate someone from FAB actually taking ownership and sending me the Debit Advice. This has been a really disappointing customer experience.
@FABConnects I’m extremely frustrated with FAB. I made a transfer on 22 May and the beneficiary needs a Debit/Transfer Advice, which I never received. I’ve called support multiple times, opened cases, sent emails and nothing. Cases keep getting closed without solving the issue.
@CareemUAE Had a troubling experience with a Careem driver: paid in cash for an order after he claimed no cash on hand, only to find my card also charged. Driver denied working for Careem & blocked me. Urge @Careem to investigate—this could happen to others. This is Fraud.
@DubaiProperties Mudon is drowning!! Arabella 1,2,3 are flooded with water and the water levels are raising, Houses are flooded from the reverse flow of water through the drainage!! You should have at least 30 tankers to remove the water. @DEWAOfficial@DMunicipality

@EmiratesPostUAE I have a shipment that reached on the 14th of July and was supposedly to be shipped by Oneclick (Very Bad Customer Service) the package was not delivered and it was returned back to the sorting facility. I dont know what is happening with the package.
@Etisalat_Care @etisalat I have purchased Air Pods Pro from the Etisalat App. I received a call last week for the Delivery 5th of March. Until now there is no response or reply on the shipment. I cannot reach the shipping department raised a complain and there is no response.
@dollaruae Oman issurance was not prepared i had to go get it from Media City Branch. The employees were throwing the blame on each other and no one to solve the issue. Very bad experience.
@dollaruae Customer Service was very Bad. I am a JAFZA employee. I asked for a specific car rental with Oman insurance a week before renting the car and had to drive to Oman for work. I reached the rental shop in Oasis Mall Dubai and the car i asked for was not there.
I am very disappointed with the way this was handled by the ground agent that should have passed the rules on all passengers if it was for safety reasons as she claimed!
@EmiratesSupport i am traveling from Vienna to DXB in Business and i was asked to weight my carry on! It turned out to be 11kg i am a Gold member and always travel with my carry on with approximately the same items and i was never stopped! The lady on the counter was very rude!
There were 2 passengers before be she didnt even ask them to weight their carry on luggage, if its a rule then it should be implemented on all passengers. It was the first time i ever had to check in a carry on with emirates.
