3rd time I’ve been given an appointment at a closed service centre.
Ulhasnagar → Bhiwandi → now Virar (85 km away).
Issue pending for 4 months and Ola keeps wasting customers’ time.

Third time Ola assigned a service appointment at a closed service centre.
This one is 85 km away from my home and marked permanently closed on Google.
First Ulhasnagar, then Bhiwandi, now Virar.
My issue is pending for 4 months.
This is harassment, not service

How are appointments being issued at non-operational centres?

@OlaElectric says my issue is “resolved,” but their own service champion admitted all service centers are CLOSED till 15th Feb.
So how is it resolved?
Stop fake ticket closures and scripted replies. Customers deserve truth, not lies.
