It’s heartbreaking to see so many lives being lost this way. If you're struggling and considering suicide, ask yourself these questions:

1️⃣ If I take my own life, what will happen? Who will lose?

Many times, it’s your family who suffers the most. The very people you wanted to teach a lesson may continue their lives unaffected, but your loved ones—your parents, siblings, children—will bear the pain forever.

2️⃣ How many reasons do I have to take my life?

Count them. If it’s less than 10, is it really worth ending everything? Even if you feel like you have more than 10 reasons, pause and consider—are they truly worth more than everything else life has to offer?

3️⃣ What about the 1000 reasons to live?

Life isn’t just about suffering. There are endless things waiting for you:
✅ Have you seen the Northern Lights? 🌌
✅ Have you ever flown a flying car (which might exist soon)? 🚀
✅ Do you have a child? Wouldn’t you want to see them grow, guide them, and experience their love? 🧒
✅ Wouldn’t you want to see your grandchildren one day? 👶
✅ Have you traveled to all the places you dreamed of? Experienced new cultures? 🌍
✅ Do you have a passion—gaming, music, books? Why not lose yourself in something beautiful? 🎮📚🎵
✅ Have you ever tried helping someone else who is struggling? Sometimes, the best way to heal is to support another soul in pain. ❤️

I know it’s hard. Easier said than done. But I’m not just saying this—I have been there. I had more than 10 reasons to take my own life. I lost a fortune 💸, went through marital struggles 💔, and felt completely hopeless. But I held on. And today? I have my son, and his smile alone makes everything worth it. Had I taken that step, I wouldn’t have been here to experience this joy. It took time, but I recovered. And so can you. 💪

Why am I saying all this?

Because I’ve been there, and that makes me far more qualified to talk about this than any so-called “expert.”

What can parents do?

🛑 Teach your children that it’s okay to lose. Teach them that failure isn’t shameful—it’s a lesson. Show them how to stand back up, how to grow stronger, and how to ask for help when needed.

Final Thought

The world won’t change overnight. Marital issues, financial struggles, and societal pressure will always exist. But if everyone who suffered gave up, where would we be? Suicide doesn’t punish those who wronged you—it punishes you and your family. 💔

So before you take any extreme step, ask for help. Think about these questions. And remember, life has so much more to offer than the pain you feel right now. 💙✨
