@nzdiva I think there will be alot of casualties to this change (temporary or not). But I'm disappointed in some of the rhetoric out there. I believe there is a way to question the decision and the communication from NNZ, without denigrating on the players or those who've stepped in.

@sophie_acklin This isn't the first, nor will it be the last, time a sportswomen discloses the abuse they're subjected to online. As a community, we should do & be better. I'm a huge fan of T's & have seen her battle over the years. I hope she flourishes in the UK inspite of the couch coaches.

1. Convicted pedophiles in the DC ranks.
2. No known issue with the drag queen community.
3. Physically altercations.

@Sisi2u Unrelated. Walmsley had been talent-ID'd for the WYC cycle since her time at Comets. That she made the Ferns before a WYC year is similar to Nweke and Gordon (who similarly skipped a WYC cycle, for diff reasons ofc).

The article confirms Walmsley's priority is Ferns, if renamed
