We got out of the saddle.
That’s the honest answer for why things are where they are. You can’t move cattle from a chair. You can’t build a generation from a distance. The energy left the industry when the cowboys stopped riding.
We’re bringing it back.
Mark Chapman is working leather. Justin Trammell, Cole Bolton, Jason Wrich are in sequence.
The founding partners are saddling up. What we’re building is a toolset for the modern day cowboy. Borrowed from the past. Leveraged into the future. Rooted in the grit, the grace, and the trust it takes to do this right.
Going back to Goodnight, it took 24 horses to move a drive. Then 12. They kept condensing. Well, we know what consolidation does to an industry. We’ve watched it happen to cattle. We’re not letting it happen to the cowboy.
We’ve got nodes built. Corridors established. We need 10,000 head on ground now.
Everything happening in El Salvador is happening in Texas. Same genetics. Same mission. Same gate.
Sponsor. Donate. Feed your family. Own something.
Ownership is what this has been about since day one.

New year. New chapter.
Half a decade on the road collectively. Seven years for me personally.
It’s time for a who’s who.
This is the Beef Initiative. This is what we’ve been building.
We come from the dirt roads of West Texas, up here on the Caprock. Everything we’re doing around the world grows from these roots. And as we go into this new chapter within agriculture, within money, within communications, the network has never been wider or more ready.
Here’s who’s in the gates:
Bryan Mussard @BryanMussard1 at Reminisce Ranch up in Montana. Part of the MAHA team, working with the current administration on regenerative agriculture funding. Bryan’s been at the table, with protocol, with cattle on the ground, with results.
Jason Wrich @JasonWrich out in Crawford, Colorado. Co-founder of the Beef Initiative. The North Fork Valley, what some call the cradle of health. One of the best educators in independent agriculture. He builds community the way rural America always has, family first, local first, then broadcast it globally.
Justin Trammell @TirBluen and family down here in the Panhandle. https://t.co/JpT9fV5NBJ. Panhandle processing. Multi-generational. This is where I come from. Invitation is open to come up here to the Caprock.
Mark Chapman @3cChapman out in Hico, Texas. Best leatherman on the planet. Texas cowboy through and through. Foundation work, horse training, the next generation of ranchers.
Jason Hanley @idahobeef at Acme Acres in North Idaho. Fourth generation. If you’re in Idaho, pull up https://t.co/127PSSMyW6 and find him. Shake his hand digitally first, then physically.
Cole Bolton @kandccattle outside of Austin. Cofounder of The Beef Initiative. Rancher. Team roper. Processing center owner. Community banker. One man holding together the full stack of what independent agriculture looks like when it actually works.
That’s the model.
Breeauna @Breeauna9 up in South Dakota. Policy lead. One of the sharpest regulatory minds in agriculture in this country. Proof of work from passed bills (she testified in South Dakota and got lab meat funding via taxpayer dollars banned in that state) down to cottage food laws. She understands what regulatory capture looks like and she doesn’t blink.
And then Central Texas. A ranch that has stood for over a century. While consolidation swallowed everything around it, this land held. Generation after generation made the decision to stay, to resist, to outlast. We brought the El Salvador delegates @oscardomsv here for a reason.
What they witnessed was not just a vertically integrated operation from artificial insemination to heritage breed genetics.
They witnessed proof that sovereignty is not theoretical. It is land that refused to fold.
Nodes across North America. Nodes across Central America. Corridors forming between all of them.
We build out locally. We broadcast globally.
This isn’t conspiracy. It’s not yelling at the sky. It’s a Gold Standard Model of Agriculture™ built on food security, independent processing, direct market access, and the understanding that the fastest way to serve a community is to cut out the middleman and get to the source.
The cattle inventory in this country is the lowest it’s been in over seventy years. The math doesn’t add up. The water tables don’t add up. The debt obligations don’t add up. The children’s health outcomes don’t add up.
So we built something that does.
Follow the nodes. Reach out to the ranchers. Make it a family affair. This is your invitation.
We are Texas Slim. We are The Beef Initiative. We are https://t.co/gqalQMM0iL. @beefinitiative
A hat. A belt buckle. A hand-tooled belt. Beef on the rail.
What do they all have in common?
Brand identity. And we made all of it here.
Mark Chapman is the best leatherman on the planet. Hico, Texas. Texas cowboy through and through. When we partnered up, it wasn’t a business decision. It was a declaration. We are etching our families’ legacy into their own personal ledger. Identity. Craft. Provenance. The things that don’t wash out.
Because somewhere along the way, America lost market access to its own hides. Think about that. We raise the cattle. We process the beef. And the leather went somewhere else. The brand identity went somewhere else. The story went somewhere else.
That ends here.
It all starts at the processing center. Texas to El Salvador. The hide, the beef, the brand. One animal. One story. Fully accounted for.
Where is your leather from? Where is your beef from? These are the same question.
Save Beef. @beefinitiative@3cChapman
From Texas to Montana, we do a lot of peer 2 peer tradin & sharin.
We barter our consumer demand with all kinds of things.
We poke & prod & tease until we get it all right.
All the way to the horse & the brand.
We build out our gear together.
It takes time & focus 🤝🕶™️
