• Luchiano Lewis (held her): 9 years to life

• The 13-year-old: 18 months in juvenile detention

These animals got off far too easy.

@KSLcom hasn't published a new article on X in nearly a week. Before that the frequency was increasingly diminishing. On their own website they frequently refuse to post even politely expressed dissenting viewpoints. The posting rules are vague and any criteria for posting a comment appear to be arbitrarily set by a handful of people who do not share Utah values. X is the only platform they have a presence on that allows free speech. All others are left wing echo-chambers where conservative viewpoints are likely to be censored.

For too long KSL operated in a one-sided broadcast environment. Where they were the only ones that could broadcast their views and it was difficult or impossible for the viewer or listener could not provide any dissent or feedback back to them. You might be able to call in but a screener was sure to filter any callers who didn't align with their views. This is what is commonly known as a broken feedback loop, and it rarely works out for any organization that employs one. In the digital age they want to hang on to that antique model, but that simply isn't realistic. What will happen is that their viewers and listeners will keep decreasing and move on to platforms where they can provide dissenting viewpoints and have them heard. Then their advertisers will follow and go to where the users are.

It appears that KSL's take on almost any subject can't withstand dissent. They don't like being in any scenario where their left-wing propaganda can be called what it is.
