@HarrahsGC like complete crap, there is smears up and down the halls of this germ encrusted hotel and in our room and broken furniture. And the only thing they will do for OUR trouble… $30.00 towards our food purchase in the hotel. Right… because that makes up for…cont.

@HarrahsGC arriveat 9:30pm to be told they don’t have our room and we have a choice between one King or two queens in a smoking room. We are traveling with two of our children and I have asthma. Literally sleep in one bed or in a smoke box. The smoke room smells..cont.
