Working for an activist centrist organization to return reason, civility, collaboration, and pragmatic solutions to government at all levels.

@wfbor@rollcall@RealFedParty And CMI should not continue to hope/expect milquetoast appeals for common sense and functional government to make any impact whatsoever on how D and R do business.
@BridgetPhetasy Why the "center" has to be more than a hodge podge of "everybody else" that gets played reactively by "two party" politics and instead needs to come together to actually do something about all we currently just piss and moan about.
"Both parties demand totalitarian-like devotion to their ideology and if you’re indifferent, apathetic or nuanced in your approach to politics, you’ll end up in the wasteland of the center—tribeless, unprotected and increasingly insulated." @SpectatorUSA

@dividedwefalltv Wait'll you see the two orgs we have in charge with all the power to work together, set examples, lead, run a functional government, and deflate divisiveness, but don't. It's quite something.
@sounddude18 @neeratanden The beauty of it being that after the zealotous heavy lifting's done and a candidate anointed, where else are these so-called 3rd party voters going to go? To voting on conscience? Pssssh!
@VOPorg True, substantial, sustainable reforms will never happen as long as people continue to believe that the "two parties" are a legitimate conduit to making it so.
@Davecakel Since no one else has said it, allow me. When you keep getting divisive and adversarial candidates from the same two shitty parties, the "least worst" luck eventually runs out.
@timothyjshaffer There are two national, huge, rich, powerful, and influential organizations that could start getting together TOMORROW to start patching things up and lead. They won't, because their bread & butter for 25+ years.has been division and adversarialism. They are a pox on the nation.
@EchoingHigher Because regular folks continue to not follow leads like his and instead hope/expect others, like him, to do the heavy lifting for them. Stewart as President would only perpetuate that. It's the same lazy hands-off attitude that got the Trump ball rolling.
