@AskPlayStation my son's PS4 account was the account we used to setup parental controls, so now he is the family manager. how do I change who the family manager is without him losing his profile history, $$, etc. I added myself to the account (dad),

@DropboxSupport Sure, create a folder that saves error output to a log file so I can read it if I really need to. I didn’t use the desktop app cuz the folder/ext drive was too big to fit on my laptop’s SSD drive.

@DropboxSupport after uploading via web browser and seeing errors occurred, how can I figure out which files need to be uploaded again? Dealing with thousands of image files, and the filenames are too long to show read in the dialog box.
