Kasi Cloud is building a 42-hectare campus in Lekki, Lagos with six-storey facilities designed for AI. The first building will host 5.5 MW of capacity in April 2026, and will eventually be upgraded to 8 MW, with the full campus engineered for up to 100 MW, far beyond the 20 MW limit of Nigeria’s existing 17 operational data centres.
“This is not a retrofit,” founder and CEO Johnson Agogbua said during a January 25, 2026, tour of the unfinished facility. Commercial operations are set to begin in the second quarter of 2026.
