Honouring Lego Master’s legacy - custom 3D Printed Lego-Like Urn. It was with great honour & privilege we were able to be a part of Alex “aullicks” Sirman's memorial & create this 3d printed Lego urn with a Star Wars feel. @legobrickvault#lego#legourn#3dprinting#legomasters
Lol, ok… we like this one! But seriously though, in order to provide you with a quote or build a part(s) we accept .IGS, .STP and .STL files. All 3D printed parts in the end require an .STL file for the printers to read and build your parts from. #3dprinting#rapidprototyping
We are experts in scaled down models. A few things… you first need a simplified 3D CAD file, bigger is not necessarily better, and models can be built in pieces or fully assembled. Let us know if we can help with your next project #SLS#3dprinting#3dprintingcanada#3dmodel
This is an actual house that was built with all the details showing in the video. The owners got a real sense of their new home before a shovel hit the ground. From basement to the loft! Be sure to look for the little details, even tiny toilets! #model#3dprinting#ontario
If you’re looking for a 3d printed part that has lots of flexibility & strength, then this is the way to go! Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) offers the best of all processes. Detail, accuracy, functionality, flexibility & durability. #SLS#3dprinting#3dprinted#3dprintingservice
These gears turn 20 years old this year & as good as they were on day one! What's cool about this part is the fact it was built all as one piece (assembled). As SLS uses the non-sintered powder as a support structure, we can build the impossible to injection mold.

Incase you couldn’t see the details in our last video, here are a few stills of the K’nex backhoe treads with snap-fit features made to fully assemble with a total of 720 parts. In fact, these parts alone have snapped in and out of place several times. #3dprinting#lego#3d
This concept building literally was built with heart, or should we say a heart. Since our 3d printing process uses the non-sintered powder for supports, removing from the part build and a lots of bead blasting air, allowed this project to be a simple job.

These parts are actually built from K’nex CAD files and were the tread on our replica K’Nex backhoe. If you turn on your volume, you can hear the snap fit sound in action. The final assembly using 720 3d printed pieces is shown in the previous post. #3dprinting#3dprinted
The Architect of this client’s home supplied us with CAD drawings so we could build a scaled down model with many more details than they expected including the corner of the exterior bricks, railings, spiral staircase, toilets, bathtubs and more!
