There is plenty of talent out there but companies also want a lot of tick boxes met first. Which can be tricky when people want to move their skills over to another area of the industry (e.g games to film or film to games).

Dear @Adobe You mentioned your AI images uses the Adobe stock library only and guarantees the artist gets a royalty.

Then can you explain why my name is in your library and there are a bunch of AI generated images with my name without my consent or prior knowledge?

@Jillimouse Yep it’s super handy if you have to make clips for exporting in games. But also saying where holds are or golden poses are or actions/ character emotion change. Just so you can come back later on to your scene and you forget what the heck is going on.

@henningsanden When I started as a runner back in 2001. I was told I need a degree to work in animaion. They kept saying they could see I can animate. I left and got that degree so it wouldn’t be an issue. Lost 3+ years of time but it makes it easier to work overseas…
