3. Other than the issues above, I’ve had a great experience with the laser. It was incredibly simple to set up and even my first engravings were solid successes! These were on Basswood cards, though, which you would expect to go well. The struggles have been with MDF and tumblers

We’ve had a few bumps with the @xToolOfficial D1 pro, but overall it’s been a really great experience.

If you’re thinking of getting one, here are a few tips:

2. We all know you should watch your laser the whole time it’s in use - but I’ve had a few jobs where the laser has moved from the starting point I set to a completely different part of the material, causing total mess ups. If it moves from the starting point, shut it off!
