Let’s say your correct that somehow the documents are conflicting. So now how do you know that the Bible you read wasn’t also conflicting? That means that there was a time that the people that compiled the Bible was infallible, so let’s then just go to the time before the compilation of the Bible to what those same people believed. And just one thing as an example. Would be the Eucharist is the true and presence of Jesus.

So why should I take the interpretation of the same scripture from someone 2000 years after the apostles, when I can take the interpretation of church fathers who were taught directly by the apostles, who would be more accurate in the interpretation.

Catholics have the magisterium(authority) orthodox (bishops/councils), the question is, Protestants have no authority to rely on. For example, we can all have interpretation of the constitution, but only the Supreme Court or law officers (authority) who tell you what’s right or wrong
