@pianzes i mean its pretty low cal for certain types, and its pre-portioned... i eat it at least once per week honestly, whenever i dont feel like cooking or im too broke to buy fresh food
@enlures lw since being hw i guess? idk i always counted it as my lw since hitting my hw for the first time, then every one after that its the lw since the last lw if that makes sense? so anything before you hit it wouldnt count, like childhood or anything leading up to hw
@no_irls_allowed not a runner but weightlifting + dance + 10-20k steps a day + im a guy = my intake is almost always 800-1.2k but more on the lower range of that, like 850-950 most days
@bingemama ooh speaking of salads, an easy one is to buy a bag of coleslaw mix and use plain japanese curry (so just curry powder + water) as dressing... that shit slams so hard and again mostly water, plus its crunchy and warm too, it's surprisingly good
@bingemama asian/korean pear!! but not the small ones, get like a 400g one that they sell in asian supermarkets, theyre so damn filling even tho its mostly water. also leeks, stir frying leeks and cabbage together is a great way to volume eat veg if you don't like salads/etc

@wintercaals i got expelled from high school 3 times in 4 years & missed 100+ credits bc of a low limit. so it's not even sustainable for a teenager, but having to grapple with more responsibilities now it's not even possible... i feel u
