@ECSAOfficial @ECSAOfficial the service of ECSA is very slow. They don't want to answer the query. I tried to visit office and they gave me email to facilitate me. And the relevant person was not responding at all to any of my email. Waste of money.

@SAQALive Very bad customer services by @SAQALive. I need confirmation on receiving of documents for the application. I call their number many times and sent email three times but no one responded. I remember this was not the case back in 2018.

I launched a refund complaint with number CAS-1568992-Y3V2C3 CRM:0062000023026. Everytime i am getting response that we forward your request to respective department but i didn't get my refund as it is about two months now. Please look into the matter.. #QatarAirways

@IATA Could you please assist me with the complaint of refund for @qatarairways. They are not responding to customers queries and refunds are long due. @IATA should take some action against it.

@UbaidNafisa I send them alot of emails getting the same reply may be it is auto reply.. Shame on @qatarairways for taking so long for refund and not replying to the emails. @IATA should take some actions against these companies and queries.
