If the argument for the economy being bad is just “well voters don’t like inflation so therefore it’s bad” then we’re talking about something completely different

@Rawdawggbandit @CentristMadness Well I’m not making a political appeal to voters right now. Inflation is political poison, as we’ve seen. That doesn’t magically mean people are right and the economy was as awful as they say. Economic sentiment was lower than it was during the recession in 07-09!

GDP contracted a single quarter during Bidens term and wages outpaced inflation the majority of that time as well. I think that’s why OP was asking specifically what indicators you were looking at
