"Hopeless" is a big word for someone describing a platform that doesn't exist.

I don't want massive tax increases. I want billionaires and the corporations booking profits in Bermuda to pay the same share of income a nurse in Austin pays. If that's "tear it all down," Eisenhower was a Bolshevik.

You mention the $40 trillion debt. Good. Who signed the 2017 tax cuts that blew a $2 trillion hole in it, then extended them in 2025? Not DSA. Your party hasn't balanced a budget in my lifetime. Zohran Mamdani inherited a $12 billion gap in NYC and closed it with no property tax hike, no raided reserves, and no gutted services, by forcing agency savings and asking the wealthiest to chip in. That's the receipt. Show me yours.

"Open borders" is a slogan because "enforce labor law so employers can't exploit undocumented workers" doesn't fit on a hat. "Anti-Constitution" from people who spent a decade telling courts and elections to go to hell is genuinely funny. Voter ID? Fine, make it free and automatic. Watch how fast you lose interest.
