What he really means is opening the doors to mass immigration from incompatible cultures specifically radicalized Muslims who seek to replace our liberal democratic values with their own supremacist ideology. Muslim immigration into Western nations has functioned like introducing a cancerous cell into a healthy organism: it spreads, multiplies, and eventually overwhelms the host until the original society is unrecognizable or destroyed.
