So what's the 'solution'? Well, depends what you want.

More virginal wives? Stop having casual sex or visiting prostitutes, be outspoken over men only having sex in established committed relationships, wait 10-20 years.
Now and not in 10-20 years? Take it case by case, even if culture is a certain way, every person is different.

Nuance. Men are saying, "Women who easily give themselves to ME sexually are not wife worthy".
Because women don't have a past relationship taboo, they don't hear "other men", they hear "I am a man and this is how I feel if you give yourself to me, as a man".
Therefore, if you as a woman are interested in being that man's wife, you have to not give yourself easily sexually to him. Unless you don't want to be his wife, then priorities align.

For women who aren't, they genuinely believe men only want quick sex from women they're not otherwise interested in, so if they fuck fast it means he was never interested. And why do they believe this? Because it's been what men have been saying to their gfs/wives since basically antiquity.
