ICE deported a citizen born in U.S. to Mexico—now he's filed lawsuit demanding to be allowed back into the country.

"I told 3 different agents that I am American citizen," he said.

"They just called me crazy."

Then they threatened him with 5 prison years for fraud—accusing him of lying to federal officers about his citizenship.

Agents refused to look at his birth certificate or social security card—or even medical records proving born in U.S. hospital.

Brian Morales was born in Denver, Colorado—he was detained as part of a construction crew in Fredericksburg, Texas.

ICE deported him just days later to a state in Mexico that he had never been to—far away from even distant relatives.

He is currently awaiting the outcome of his lawsuit in Aguascalientes, Mexico—485 miles south of the nearest U.S.-Mexico border.

INDICTMENT FOR HIGH TREASON AGAINST DONALD J. TRUMP

To the Honorable Judges of the Supreme Court of the United States,

The People of America, through their duly appointed prosecutors, bring forth this indictment against Donald John Trump, 45th President of the United States, for crimes of High Treason as defined by Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution.

COUNT I: AIDING AND COMFORTING FOREIGN SPIES—JEFFREY EPSTEIN RING

Donald Trump knowingly concealed and protected a foreign spy ring operating within Jeffrey Epstein's child trafficking network. By using his executive powers to block the release of Epstein files and obstruct investigations into Mossad involvement in these crimes, Trump gave aid and comfort to enemies of the United States. This includes but is not limited to:

Directing his Department of Justice to file motions blocking an independent monitor from releasing Epstein case documents.
Providing immunity to Israeli officials implicated in Epstein's operations.
Threatening retaliation against journalists and whistleblowers investigating these ties.

COUNT II: DECLARING WAR ON IRAN WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL AUTHORIZATION

Trump unilaterally initiated hostilities against Iran on January 17th, 2026, without obtaining a formal declaration of war from Congress as mandated by Article I, Section 8. This act constitutes treasonous usurpation of constitutional authority and places American lives at risk for foreign interests rather than national security.

Deploying special forces (Delta Force, Army Rangers) into combat zones without Senate approval.
Using executive emergency powers to divert billions from domestic programs to fund an illegal war effort.
Threatening nuclear strikes against Iranian civilian infrastructure—a clear violation of international law.

COUNT III: SELLING OUT NATIONAL INTERESTS TO ISRAELI LOBBYISTS

Throughout his presidency and beyond, Trump has prioritized Israeli geopolitical goals over American citizens' welfare. This includes but is not limited to:

Appointing dual-citizen Israelis (e.g., Jared Kushner) to key national security positions.
Signing Executive Orders criminalizing criticism of Israel under "anti-Semitism" laws.
Diverting U.S. military assets for Israeli proxy wars in Syria and Yemen.

By these actions and others detailed herein, Donald J. Trump has betrayed his oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
