@asha_shar While you're holding Bethesda accountable can you talk to them about what happened with the real sequel to the 2007 Prey? If I remember my gaming history correctly Human Head's project was story complete and weeks away from a functioning alpha.
@ICEgov Why are your agents afraid to show their faces? If they're doing the right thing they should do it showing their faces so we know who they are.
@amazon Is there a way I can get my fleshlight on the truck that doesn't have to deliver to all the backwoods customers before getting to the more civilized parts of my town?
@netflix Your licensing policies create a need for piracy. Most people can only afford your add supported service. Excluding shows from the lower tier plan is very anti consumer.
@ZiplyFiber your customer service team needs to be able to either a help your customers when they need help including weekends, or get your customers in touch with someone who can including weekends. If I had talked to someone over the phone on Saturday things would be different.
@ZiplyFiber@AskZiplyFiber no sympathy, no way to make things happen faster, no weekend voice support, no honesty, no good customer service. But at least when you do your job I can download doom 2016 in under an hour. That's why I keep you.
@ZiplyFiber as it stands I have all of that stuff sorted out with the appropriate teams on your staff, however I am still left waiting for 3 days for internet service to be restored to my house.
@ZiplyFiber in my experience dealing with your support staff on Twitter and on the ziply fiber website numerous times I was given incorrect information, I was left hanging for 20 minutes once, and in one case I feel I was outright lied to.
@ZiplyFiber granted I have no idea how to run a telecommunications company, or how Fiber Optic internet works, but I understand customer service. Your people need to be well informed, have ready access to important information, be able to explain things clearly.
@ZiplyFiber make sure you keep your bill paid, they'll cut you off on a weekend, dismantle your line so you have to get a new one, no weekend voice support, and it takes 3 days once you finally get ahold of someone and pay your past due to get service back.
@AskZiplyFiber So after I went into Walmart to pay what I thought was the amount owed with the reconnect fee, about $216(we were admittedly past due), I get in touch with you guys and was hit with a further $59 that wasn't aware of.
