@mrjeffu to be fair, the english translated image you show is very cringe inducing itself since its americanizing within a Japanese context inappropriately. Exactly what I hate about poor localizers.

@mrjeffu oh if its about how they speak instead of what they speak in English, it doesn't really seem any more racist than the really cringy 'southern' accents localizers like to give when they replace dialects like kansai-ben. Its really hard to pull off without being cringe inducing.
