Today was a historic day for the Kensington Community and for @PhillyPolice! For the first time in the PPD's 225 year history, a Latino Deputy Commissioner was named. D/C Pedro "Pete" Rosario has been tapped by @PPDCommish to lead the Kensington Initiative..

Today-January 8th at approximately 1:45 PM offenders walked into a convenience store at 700 Bainbridge,
pointed a black handgun and demanded money from the register. Both fled W/B on Bainbridge.
