This weekend Allan ‘Cap’ Stocker retired after 53yrs service to @scouts, alongside Ken (43yrs) & Gaynor (19yrs). Before he retired, Cap presented Awards for Merit to Jim & Loz (who were Scouts with him!) & a Chief Scout’s Commendation to John #BRAVO@MerseysideScout
