Finally got around to sitting my ass down and cutting my showreel! And it only took me a decade and some change…
A bunch of my favourite shots from projects I've worked on, from motion graphics and UI design to 2D/3D animation and visual chaos

A long time ago, in a city far, far away, I had the incredible opportunity to be part of the screen design and animation of Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens

My work focused on the Resistance Base, the X-Wings and the Millennium Falcon, for which I designed and animated a handful of screens and dashboard animations. Just a grain of sand in the grand scheme of things, but definitely a massive W for my inner child, who’s still stoked...
This is a logo animation I made a few years back for the game developer company
@multiplayerdev. They were redesigning their identity and needed a new logo animation to go with it.

Always really nice working with the team at 2K, with all the trust and creative freedom they’ve given me from day one. This year I also had the chance to collaborate with my good friend @ultramegafino, who helped me with some of the physics, lighting and texturing.
This time we went with a full 3D style playing on the idea of the logos forming out of thin air and crashing on a textured surface, creating a shockwave that would reveal the mode’s title. With our usual sprinkle of glitches and data errors to add some extra complexity to the mix
The project involved creating a series of loading transitions to be played every time the player selects one of the main menu modes. As usual, the different transitions needed to have their own identity, while sharing a common visual theme between them.
One more year, I had the privilege of working with the team at 2K, designing and animating the main menu transitions for the official NBA video game: NBA 2K23
