some truths:
- sloths are cool
- it's always the cyclist's fault
- we are all replaceable and will be
- the front facing camera was the downfall of society
@Booleans_Things@10_X_eng I'm thinking just garlic and butter sautee. There are quite a few more, I just took a small stack for now. This is the first year I've seen them on the property.
@MichaelShanks Stargate has actually grown its audience even while being out of production for years.
Think about it. Everything sucks so bad that people that weren't even alive during the original airing of the documentary are discovering it now.
Found these guys on a dead log while walking my dog. Going to sautée them tomorrow night. I've heard they were tasty but have never tried them.
My dog was not impressed.
@jondelarroz It's funny because Bezos was the one who saved the expanse. Although not quite Stargate level, it's up there as one of the great Sci fi TV series.
Haven't put it through the tests yet as I'm working on the same set of parts with a long cycle time. The idea is that I change my tool numbers in CAM (gibbscam) according to what is on the board and swap out as needed. I always set my tools off the table (3" setup block plus 10" to keep me from crashing) and then use the fixture offsets to bring them down to the part.
This should cut my setup time. I'm not at a point where I can trust all of the NC programs yet so I always repost them from CAD to be sure I understand what the machine is doing. I put the RPM/IPM on the chart so that I could reference what cut we'll with what's in the program as I'm almost always cutting the same material.
There's probably a better way to use the machine to track my tools but I swap them out so much for different parts I figure the whiteboard would work best until I figure it out.
