The suicide note of Ivan Gudkov, the 22-year-old son of the traitor Gudkov, carries a fundamental, devastatingly eloquent, epoch-defining weight.
"I have come to a clear understanding: the only way to find happiness in emigration is to assimilate and give up your Russian identity for someone else's. But for me, that path is unacceptable. I was given two greatest gifts in my life: to be born Russian and to live in Russia. And although the second was suddenly cut short, no one can take away the third from me: the right to die Russian. Glory to Russia!"
The grief of a Russian abroad. And the fate of the Russian people and of Russia in the clutches of the corrupt, rotten liberal bastards.
Lord, forgive Your newly departed servant Ivan, and grant rest to his tormented Russian soul.
THIS IS F*CKING UNFAIR
opus 5.5 put Minecraft inside GTA 5, and then it got worse
they did not copy Minecraft into the game. they wired in the part of Minecraft that loads content
WHAT THAT MEANS
→ you install a mod in Minecraft the normal way, in its own folder
→ it shows up in GTA 5, standing in the street, lit by the city's own lights
→ nobody touches GTA for any of it
WHY IT WORKS
→ the bridge sits under the content instead of beside it. GTA is never told what a block is, it is told how to load whatever Minecraft is loading
→ so new content is not a new port, it is a file in a folder
→ the ceiling stopped being what one person built and became whatever the modding scene makes next
WHAT IT QUIETLY UNLOCKS
→ fifteen years of mods are now GTA content that nobody had to make
→ the people who wrote them have never heard of this and do not need to
→ one engine inherited another engine's entire catalogue in an afternoon
the first version put Minecraft in GTA
this one put everything Minecraft can load in GTA, and the city still thinks it is a normal tuesday
Rockstar co-founder and former lead writer, Dan Houser reveals some interesting details in a new interview:
- The iconic GTA box grid design was made in just 2 evenings after 9/11 to avoid controversy, then it became the standard for every title in the series
- Trevor wasn’t part of the initial concept in GTA 5 until Dan was working alone in the office late on a Sunday night trying to finish the story synopsis, and the character simply came into his head, as a necessary “yin and yang” to contrast with Michael
- He says Ned Luke did an amazing job portraying and embodying Michael
- He believes people hated Max Payne 3 and describes his work on the title as a “personal failure,” noting that he was proud of the technical polish but missed the mark on the writing
- Bully had a difficult development process, as the team was struggling to define the game’s identity without elements from GTA such as cars and guns
- Agent was cancelled after the team concluded that an open-world setting wouldn’t work for a spy game
- He says that nobody cared about GTA 3 when they showed it before launch at E3 2001, which was deeply disappointing for the team as Take-Two was on the verge of bankruptcy

We discovered a sophisticated recording device that was hidden inside one of our offices. We used our models to understand the device and where it had come from, identifying that a specific employee had planted it a few days earlier. We referred the matter to the FBI, and we’re grateful to the agents and prosecutors who moved quickly to make an arrest. The FBI’s investigation is ongoing and we will continue to support their work.
At this time, we have no indications of this individual inappropriately accessing or exfiltrating model weights, source code, or customer data. The employee was terminated.
We take protecting our technology, data, and people seriously, and as a matter of national importance. Our security program is designed to protect against a wide range of threat actors, from insider risks to cybercriminals to nation states, and this case is an example of how AI can help address these sophisticated security threats.
