自從兩年前扔下一些未完成的��稿後，我一直處於逃避畫圖的狀態，也變得對什麼都興趣缺缺
我猜測自己的內心深處很渴望抹除某一段時期
說來也奇怪，只要生活狀態劇烈改變時就會特別想畫畫
每次都是畫畫救了我

白菜扣肉 #URcooking
因為沒有梅干菜所以用白菜代替，並且根據白菜的調性做了一些調整，吃起來也很好吃😋
雖然步驟有點多，但不會很難做，趕緊收藏吧
1️⃣五花肉冷水下鍋，加蔥薑米酒去腥，皮朝下煮半小時
2️⃣煮好的肉切薄片，熱鍋不放油，將肉片煎到兩面金黃後撈起
3️⃣調醬汁：醬油膏+蠔油+五香���+白胡椒粉+糖，讓煎好的肉片均勻裹上醬汁，一片一片貼到碗底(豬皮朝下)
4️⃣白菜切小塊，加鹽煮到軟後過冷水，不燙手之後用力擠掉水分
5️⃣熱鍋下一點油，先炒一點油蔥酥，再將擠乾的白菜丟下去炒散，起鍋前加一點醬油炒出醬香
7️⃣炒好的白菜塞到豬肉碗上，壓緊後進電鍋，外鍋加兩杯水，蒸好後先將碗裡的醬汁倒出來，再倒扣碗到盤子上
8️⃣醬汁煮滾加一點太白粉水勾芡，再淋回扣肉上，完成！
