@SamsClub your AI assistant is incapable, and waiting 16 minutes to chat with someone about an escalation that I was promised follow-up "in a few hours" (12 hours ago) is ridiculous. Thinking I should switch to @Costco at this point.
@Instacart You have completely unnecessary friction in your ordering process. Same-day delivery fee can’t be credited when the delivery is rescheduled to the next day, but I can cancel and start all over to avoid the fee. Not sure your service & fees are worth that effort.

Don’t rely on @UberEats to actually fulfill your order or provide literally any support when it’s not fulfilled. Even if you are a paying @Uber#uberone customer. The value diminishes by the day.
@UberEats why is there no option to provide feedback on the ordering experience? Your help option’s deliberately lead to a dead end when either the establishment or you didn’t fulfill your end of the agreement after an hour of waiting and an impromptu cancellation.
@UberEats and @PecanLodge won’t even let you provide feedback on a restaurant when they accept your order , tell you it’s being prepared, then cancel unexpectedly after an hour wait. There’s simply no recourse.
Neither actually care about the customer though.
@AmazonHelp Not at all helpful. Sadly, cancelling #amazonprime seems the best option since every other retailer can manage to express and uphold accurate shipping obligations more consistently.
@amazon why is prime worth the price if only 50% of deliveries arrive in the promised shipping window? Third gift in three months now arriving after the date.
I’d like to know how I set my preferences with @DisneyPlus and @hulu to never, under any circumstances, suggest or push a notification to me to watch anything specifically with @KimKardashian. I’m totally cool with anything else.
