I have moved a Resolution in the Punjab legislative assembly seeking to restore "Education to the State List" and reject the excessive centralisation of education through the "National Education Policy".

Education cannot be governed through a one-size-fits-all approach.
I urge all MLAs to rise above party lines, debate this Resolution, and pass it unanimously in the interest of Punjab and India's federal structure.

I warned @BhagwantMann govt and the Vidhan Sabha today that if we don’t introduce a law like Hp,Gujarat,Rajasthan & Uttrakhand presented by me in January 2023 to the Speaker, to prevent non Punjabi’s from buying land,becoming a voter or taking a govt job otherwise a day will come when Punjabi,s will be in minority in Punjab itself !

I also urge govt to issue a White-Paper on the beneficiaries of govt jobs with post and address of selected candidates bcoz in the absence of such law most jobs have been hi jacked by non Punjabi’s-Khaira
