Eddie held some transphobic views.

@Pictish_Paint @Xjandinast @For_Macragge I found them all easy listening in my car drives to work. Really enjoyed a couple, the plot around the hand of Abaddon was cool, Sea of Souls was incredible imo. Gave a brilliant set up for the Primaris etc and dealt with their integration quite well.

@HandyLummpy @MS188888 @sufc1971 @BladeoftheS I don’t know what injuries were received but if there was a need for significant or sustained medical treatment (a trip to A&E and discharged the same day wouldn’t qualify) then yes GBH might be an appropriate charge.

Will all be a moot point of course if self-defence.

@HandyLummpy @MS188888 @sufc1971 @BladeoftheS Essentially for the sentencing decide if it meets 1,2,3 or A,B,C then take into account the statutory aggravating factors. If you haven’t reached 1A, assume it can’t really run out of the 5 years, even with limited mitigation.

@Brad87743666122 @basilthegreat Here’s the sentencing guidelines, I would suggest 2A with a starting point of 1 year 6 months, the judge will then possibly suggest that multiple victims and the attacker on emergency workers elevate further. I’m going to guess 30 months custodial:

@MFHounDOOM @Bennite_Iain ‘Better than anyone in the country’. I’m sure you could somehow qualify a statement like that. In a country where sports stars literally exist, and bankers, and many other roles with huge pay and less danger of being stabbed or assaulted exist, I’m sure you can explain.
