@Lufthansa_DE Cancelled my connection and offered an unsuitable option.
I asked them to cancel my ticket.
Customer service said I can still apply for compensation under EU regulations for cancelled connection.

I hope @Lufthansa_DE didn't lie to me again. :(

@Lufthansa_DE @lufthansa cancels your connection and provides no accomodation or meal allowances.
On call and chat they offer 130 euros of refund and then just close the case with a 15 euro refund.

Large companies don't care for stranded customers in Munich's cold weather.

@qatarairways how can two passengers who were denied flight boarding due to #overbooking be awarded different compensations? Please explain the calculation or logic behind #unequal and #unfair #compensation. 9 days passed yet #nojustice

I recently travelled with @qatarairways from Munich to Mumbai. Being a student I am a member of their privilege club. I was denied boarding from Doha ro Mumbai and offered another flight via Muscat. Due to this my luggage went missing. No compensation from @qatarairways yet.

Denied boarding due to overbooking. I understand @qatarairways customer care team is "busy serving other customers" but even after 60 minutes I did not receive any service. And I have no patience after this!! This is unacceptable
Considering changing my return flight.

As all the authorities and employees take holidays to be with their families for Diwali, I will be #alone in Germany because my brother's remonstration was not processed in time. He too will be #depressed he couldn't be with me. Not festive for us😭

@GermanyinMumbai expects us to book the complete itenerary before applying for visa. A huge financial investment since a lot of it is usually non-refundable. Are we wrong in expecting a time estimate for processing so we can plan any cancelations? 3 days to takeoff! @achimfabig

30 days to get an appointment for Verpflichtungserklärung, 45 days for vfs mumbai
16 days for visa rejection

Hopefully #remonstration succeeds before the date of travel so my brother can be with me in #Germany for #Diwali

It's already been 9 days yet I have not gotten any feedback for the Remonstration. 3 days are left for my planned trip and yet no visa approval. Inefficiency in their process will lead to financial loss for me @GermanyinMumbai @achimfabig Will have a lonely Diwali in Gernany😭
