My name is Claire - July 1993 my younger sister Zoe contracted Meningitis, sadly she lost her fight for life aged 12. On the 23rd October 2020 Zoe would be celebrating her 40th Birthday. In her memory we are undertaking 40 things raising money for @M_R_F PLEASE JOIN US #ForZoe
