I’m actually addicted 😂 I’m in between sets with my trainer right now and I’m still firing off tweets.
$1,000 to someone who likes + RTs this. @kingadukes will pick.
Dukes is one of the hardest-working people I know. I told him he could take ANY car I owned. I had 3 cars worth $1–2M EACH, plus my $3M Senna…
This mf picked the $400K Lambo 😂
That tells you everything about him.
I take care of the people who take care of me.
God, I have tanks working for me. 😭
The New York Times’ final list of the 100 Best TV Shows of the 21st Century is now complete.
What do you make of the final ranking? Which placements surprised you the most?

Rid urself of the illusion of milestones and finish lines. Seasons come and go but the game never ends or even changes. Every day is the same day till death.
Saw this, reminded me how much I adore Terry Funk’s moonsaults. They’re gross, awkward, and look like they hurt everyone involved and I adore it for that. Seeing a 50+ year old man hit one with a rapidly decaying body, just something else. (Not mine; from zwfwrestling on TikTok)
So many stadiums have iconic views especially in small towns. Blessed to be covering tonight’s televised game with Anna at Marion Local. This view is one of the great ones.
One of the best TV mini-series ever made.
LONESOME DOVE (1989)
This 4-part adaptation of Larry McMurtry’s novel was based upon a screenplay by Peter Bogdanovich & McMurtry and starred ROBERT DUVALL & TOMMY LEE JONES.
It was nom’d for 19 Emmy’s & won 7.
The highest point of sportswriting. Re-reading this for the nth time. John McPhee turns one tennis match into a 150-page story. It's about tennis, sure, but it's mostly about Arthur Ashe, Clark Graebner, their lives, their families, their coaches, their divergent backgrounds, their habits and quirks, and everything else in their lives that led them to the semi-final of the US Open in 1968.
This is unironically the right mentality for life.
Everyone loves you, everything's working out in your favor, and the world's an amazing place, conspiring to help you achieve all your goals.
Life is fucking electric.
Let it course through your veins, and you'll be surprised what happens.
Male depression stems from a lack of purpose and it's crazy how people still can't comprehend this.
Men don't need to 'feel love' because that's for women, they need to feel powerful and respected by tapping into their masculine essence that God designed them for.
This is why going to 'therapy' is useless for men. What you really need is to lift some weights and make money in ways that resonate with your personality and character, and less about following norms or other people who don't share the same paths as you.
If you're interested in how cinematography can be utilized to create various effects and moods, I highly recommend Sidney Lumet's chapter in MAKING MOVIES. He walks you through the cinematographic choices in various films.
