You have to train insanely hard but that doesn't mean you have to train for 6-7 hours daily because if you train that much your body won't be recovered for the next session and overtraining ≠ more gains. Short transformations are usually the result of great training, diet and 💉
Actually I know a guy from my old gym who was an instructor for action movie guys and the training regiment and crap they do to get this body in such a short time and maintain it is absolutely insane, heck, he once told me story about an actor who's name I'd rather not disclose who almost died from a Heat Stroke.
He does not recommend that unless an IRON CLAD contractor making him not responsible is not upfront. He told me to go at your own speed, if you're dedicated you'll get there. Plus, there's the millions of dollars companies give for surgeries and RIDICULOUS QUANTITIES OF DRUGS!
Some of the PG guys left the wash area's tap open a lot of times and I had to close it all the time so today I pasted a poster saying "please close the tap properly" and within few minutes one of them wrote "ahhahh only sex no masterbation" I guess some people will never grow up
