Esmir Bajraktarević showing what he can offer when given the opportunity. Two assists and seven key passes in just 60 minutes against Sparta Rotterdam. A left-footed dribbler who can disrupt games from wide areas, create in tight spaces and play with real personality.
Givairo Read is developing into one of Europe’s most exciting right-back profiles. Three assists today, constantly giving Feyenoord an extra dimension going forward. Athletic, aggressive in his overlaps and increasingly decisive in the final third.
Malick Yalcouyé has started the season brilliantly for Brighton. The loans to Sturm Graz and Swansea gave him exactly the platform he needed, and now he looks ready for the Premier League. Another goal today, but it’s his ability to drive Brighton into dangerous areas, play through pressure and keep the midfield fluid that really stands out.
Xavi Espart gets his first Barcelona goal at 19. Playing outside his natural position but still finding ways to influence games. His awareness, decision-making and understanding of space already look incredibly mature. Another La Masia player who just seems to understand the game differently.
Artem Stepanov really does score every time. Five Eredivisie appearances, five goals. All coming from inside the box. His movement is the standout: constantly attacking the far post, anticipating cut-backs and arriving exactly where loose balls fall. A proper number nine profile at just 19.
Besfort Zeneli is in serious form for Union Saint-Gilloise. Five goal contributions in his last four games, but it’s his activity going forward that really stands out. Constantly making forward runs, attacking space behind the defensive line and getting involved high up the pitch. A midfielder who wants to influence the game.
Paul Mendy scores again, this time against Atalanta. The 19-year-old is a really interesting striker profile. Tall, mobile, comfortable with his back to goal and has a natural feel for arriving in the right areas inside the box.
Can Uzun is flying under the radar. Four goals and three assists in his first four games, picking up exactly where he left off last season. The quality has never really been the question, staying fit and finding consistency is the next step. This could be the season he really establishes himself.
Diego Moreira completely changed the game for Milan. Introduced at half-time with his side 2–0 down, then scored twice in two minutes to rescue a point against Lazio. Exactly the kind of impact you want from the bench.
Yassir Zabiri has made an explosive start to life in La Liga. Five goals already, including a hat-trick against Elche and now a brace to complete the comeback against Alavés. A powerful reference point with clever movement and a real presence inside the box. Racing Santander might have found something special.
Mohamed Belloumi is a baller. Two goals in six minutes against Chelsea to completely turn the game around for Hull City. From starting his career with MC Oran in Algeria to producing moments like this in the Premier League at 24.
Tian Nai Koren 🇸🇮🔎
AM/LW [17] Club Brugge
Right-footed attacking midfielder who can also operate from the left, Koren looks most interesting when receiving between the lines and immediately turning forward. Sharp close control, quick combinations and an instinct for finding pockets around the box make him difficult to contain once he faces goal.
Technically clean and intelligent in his movement, he can create as well as arrive into dangerous areas himself. He already looks comfortable playing above academy level, while adding more physical presence and consistency against senior opposition should be the next step. A creative profile with plenty of room to grow.
Tawfik Bentayeb gets his first Anderlecht goal in just his second appearance. A natural box striker with sharp movement, strong anticipation and a real instinct for arriving in scoring positions. Last season’s Ligue 2 top scorer already finding his feet in Belgium.
After a rough start at Fiorentina, Franco Mastantuono responds with a hat-trick. His first goals for the club all arriving in the same game. Exactly the kind of performance the 19-year-old needed to kick-start his season in Italy.
Adam Markhiev might be the most underrated midfielders in the 2. Bundesliga. So calm receiving under pressure, constantly scanning and always finding ways to progress play through carries or sharp vertical passes. Nürnberg suits his development right now, but at 24, his game already looks ready for a higher level. One I’d be watching closely.
Jan-Luca Riedl 🇩🇪🔎
CB [17] Borussia Dortmund
Front-footed centre-back who likes defending aggressively and staying tight to his opponent. Reads situations early, steps out confidently to intercept and already has the recovery pace and physical base to defend space behind him.
Very comfortable in possession, especially when carrying into open space or breaking lines with vertical passes. Can still overcommit defensively and his passing has some inconsistencies, but the composure and overall foundation are impressive for a 2009-born centre-back.
What a moment for Mezian Mesloub. Champions League debut at just 16, introduced after the hour and delivering an assist in stoppage time to help spark Lens’ comeback. Already showed he can make an impact in Ligue 1 last season, and now he’s doing it on the European stage. .
Martin Baturina making his mark for Como. A goal and an assist in the first half against RB Leipzig, including the first goal in Como’s Champions League history. Nico Paz gets plenty of attention, but Baturina deserves his share too. Serious quality in that midfield.
There’s something different about watching Jamal Musiala with the ball at his feet. The balance, tiny touches and ability to glide through spaces that barely exist make him such a unique player.
