📢 Product Updates: Fairer Markets + Clearer Metrics

We're rolling out two product updates designed to improve market fairness and make market data easier to understand.

✦ Anti-Sniping Mechanism

We’re introducing an anti-sniping mechanism for new markets that is designed to reward judgment over speed.

Previously, the first moments of a market rewarded speed: participants who entered immediately could mint at the lowest cost before wider demand arrived, giving bots and snipers a structural advantage.

Going forward, new markets will begin with an auction window, currently capped at 20 seconds.

During this phase, every buy order includes a temporary mint premium that starts high and decays to 0 by the end of the window.

The goal is not to prevent early participation. It’s to make the opening window more fair, and reduce pure speed advantage.

We’ve updated market statistics to make them clearer and more intuitive for traders.

Going forward:
• Prize Pool = total collateral in the pool, that will be shared among all winning outcome token holders
• MCap = token price × circulating supply
• Total MCap = total MCap of all outcomes in the event

This change does not affect market mechanics or payouts. It simply makes market data easier to understand for memecoin traders.

During this review, we observed trading activity near the resolution window (June 1, 2026, 00:00:00 UTC) involving wallets:

Our investigation suggests that these wallets are connected to a specific 42 wallet, the same address that subsequently became the primary holder of the $500K–$1M outcome:

Based on the information available to us, we concluded that this activity materially affected the valuation snapshot that would otherwise have been used for settlement, and did not reflect fair market conditions.

Consequently, following our review and the issues identified, we are excluding the impact of that activity from the final settlement.

Market Design Update for Low-Float Token FDV Markets and about $heystock and $币安人生 FDV Markets

We are updating the resolution methodology used for memecoin and low-float token FDV markets.

We strongly discourage any attempts to manipulate the outcome. We recognize that low-liquidity assets can be more susceptible to short-term price distortions, and not every manipulation pattern can be fully anticipated, detected or controlled in real time.

To improve resolution rigor and reduce the impact of short-term price distortions, FDV calculations will now be based on a Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) methodology.

Going forward, final FDV calculations will use a period of Simple Moving Average (e.g 120 candles) across 1-minute candles using Close prices.

The price used for resolution will be the Moving Average value at the resolution timestamp, or the latest qualifying 1-minute candle immediately preceding it.

This methodology will apply to all future memecoin and low-float FDV markets.

In addition, the currently active $heystock and $币安人生 FDV markets will be updated to reflect this methodology. Clarifications will be added to their resolution descriptions accordingly.

As always, we welcome community feedback and will continue improving our market design to ensure fair and transparent markets.
